sunrise/pt.reyes station

I think one of the main benefits of sunrise shoots (besides the sunrise, of course), is the sounds of the waking earth. Yesterday the dew just clung on to every blade of grass and birds sang as the sun crept up. And directly over my head was the moon watching over the whole affair. It was quite an amazing morning. my old hoopde/

I was one of those girls in high school that drove a car older than her by over a decade. Last week I ran across this car in Pt. Reyes and suddenly became so nostalgic for my old "hoopde" as a friend used to call my car. Mine was a Dodge Lancer. The gears were push buttons up on the dash. I can't find a picture of it to save my life but this old car does the job. And the color on this baby is just like a california swimming pool...
